About
Ever wanted to talk to the birds? That childhood desire is what started text artist Adrian Riley on a lifelong obsession with birdsong that has led to public art commissions across the North of England by such as the RSPB.
You’re invited to join Adrian in a group activity having fun trying to write down the sounds birds make, and probably breaking all the rules about spelling as we go (it’s ok – birds can’t read anyway).
Together we’ll make up and perform nonsense poems and raps based around birdsong and most likely end up jumping around a bit too. It’s an activity for eggheads and birdbrains alike and we promise that the time will fly by…
